Project notes - coming soon
RITZ CAM 7
Body : Ritz Cracker box
Lens : Ritz cracker
No of pinholes : 7
First Baked Goods camera made, removable card top allowed multiple uses as well as a light block.
Results were pretty good. I photographed the corridors at work, so all the highlights in the positive versions below are the lights in the ceiling.
Ritz Cam 1
Body :  Ritz Cracker box
Lens : Ritz cracker
No of pinholes : 1
Same body and cracker as the Ritz Cam 7, but with all but one of the holes covered up.
Again, shot in the corridors, nice realists, although focal length isn't right for the size of the 'pinhole' giving a soft image.
Bourbon Cam
Body : Hotel Chocolate tin
Lens : Bourbon Biscuit
No of pinholes : 10
this was a nice one to make, the tin was painted black inside to cut down on internal reflections, dreamed tool used to cut aperture into the lit to accommodate the bourbon.
Nice linear effect with the overlapping images - attempted a self portrait too
Digesti-Cam
Body : 40g Pringles tube
Lens : Mcvities Digestive Biscuit
No of pinholes : 18
This was a fun one to build, when I realises the diameter of a digestive was the same as a Pringles tube (70mm) it was an obvious combination.
Again, the corridors of work became the subject. Really like the abstract nature of the results, and the round images.
Carrs Cracker Cam : Original
Body : Carrs Cracker Original variety box
Lens : 2 x Carrs Crackers (original)
No of pinholes : 21/42
Time to up the game a bit - double cracker!
I made this with a  divider between the two crackers, meaning I could take two separate images or attempt to make a 3D stereogram. These crackers were quite thin and let light through them making it difficult to get a decent exposure, so I had to go for bright lights and quick exposures.
Carrs Cracker Cam : Cheese
Body : Carrs Cracker Cheese variety box
Lens : 2 x Carrs Crackers (cheese)
No of pinholes : 42
Woah, 42 pinholes! this camera should capture the meaning of life, or something.
Again, had to be really fast exposures to stop the paper fogging from light leaking through the thin crackers, so focused on lights in the ceilings.
Doughnut Cam
Body : storage tin decorated with a doughnut design
Lens : mini doughnut
No of pinholes : 1 huge one
This was made as a challenge set by Justin Quinell. I knew it wouldnt give a sharp mage as the focal length was too short for the size of the aperture. I was pleasantly surprised with the detail that was achieved though. The examples here were developed in caffenol, as I had ran out of developer at home
RichTea Cam
Body : 240 size Tetley Tea Bag Box
Lens : Mcvities Rich Tea biscuit
No of Pinholes : 22
This one was a no brainer really, a tea box with a rich tea biscuit.
Luckily the size of the box was the same size as a sheet of photo paper - 5x7 - so there was no need to cut anything down.
I also tried curve the paper across the base and up the back of the box which gave a cool pyramid effect.
